Guided Meditation classes

Come and relax your mind and body, feel the tension drift away as we take fascinating journeys. Meditation helps lower blood pressure, ease headaches and clears the mind. Meditation helps relieve pain, doubts and worries, leaving the body feeling refreshed and relaxed. My clients tell me that they also have a wonderfully relaxing sleep that night.
